What Are We and What Do We Do? 

Lenherr Surveying provides Professional Land Surveying services consisting of, but not limited to the following:

Boundary Surveys – to locate property corners or the limits of ownership on a specific parcel of land

Topographic Survey – to locate features of a property such as elevations, existing structures, fences, etc.  These are usually performed for design purposes

Subdivisions – to create one or more lots from a single parcel of land

Boundary Line Adjustments – to change or move an existing property line of record

Elevation Certificates – used to relate the finish floor of a structure to the height of potential flooding

ALTA Surveys – these are a very detailed survey usually performed for commercial real estate purchases

Construction Staking – used to aid contractors in correctly building and installing infrastructure off a set of engineered plans

Condominium Surveys – taking apartment like building and creating maps so that each apartment can be sold to individual owners

Drafting – used to prepare high quality maps for many different purposes
